I
grew up locally in Voorhees, attending Bishop Eustace Prep.
I then pursued my degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Lehigh
University, and then attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic
Medicine, where I graduated in the top of my class. I completed
my internship and residency in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Broward
General Medical Center where I served as Chief Resident. After
residency I practiced in Boca Raton in a private practice that
specialized in geriatrics. I was on staff at Delray Beach Medical
Center and the VA Hospital of West Palm Beach. During
that time I also studied cosmetic medicine under several prominent
doctors in Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
I started Glendale
Primary Care and Cosmetic Skin Care in 2006 in Voorhees, NJ.
In 2007, after acquiring another practice, I opened Glendale
Primary Care and Cosmetic Skin Care in Bellmawr, NJ. Currently
this is my only office location.
Being in solo
private practice as a young physician is definitely not a common
thing, with many local practices being swallowed up by large
health systems or larger practices. I guess I’m a maverick
of sorts, realizing that there is value in seeing the same doctor
each time you visit the office, I choose to practice in this
“Old Fashion” style. This allows me to get to know
you as a person.
After 3 successful
years in Bellmawr, Glendale Primary Care has grown in leaps
and bounds. In 2008 we renovated the inside of the office and
in 2010 we have begun renovating the outside.
In August
of 2010 we started a medically supervised weight loss program
designed to fill a much needed void in both my practice and
in our community. This program includes weight loss methods
that are exclusive to the medical profession. We are proud
to be part of the nationally recognized Center for Medical Weight
Loss.
